Competition Winner of the 2009 Innovations in Public Health Policy Competition for “Developing Base Realignment and Closure Installations as Healthy Places: A Health Policy Approach.”  Awarded by the US Department of Health and Human Services, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and the National Network of Public Health Institutes
